


If you follow me anywhere, you know how much I love making anything at home. Pizza is one of those things. This recipe is the easiest dough recipe ever. I thought it would be my french bread, but nope, this one takes the cake. I think the hardest step is waiting a full 90 minutes. Other than that, it’s completely idiot proof. And delicious, obviously.
ingredients
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/3 cup warm water
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
directions:
In a large bowl add the yeast, sugar, and water. Mix and cover with a towel for 10 minutes or until the yeast has bloomed.
When the yeast is ready, add the flour, olive oil, and salt to it. Using a spatula or your hands mix it until a shaggy dough is formed.
Pour out your dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is nice and smooth.
Shape your dough into a nice little ball and place it into a clean oiled bowl. Cover and let it proof somewhere warm for 90 minutes.
After your dough has proofed, it should have doubled in size. Punch the dough to get out any air bubbles and divide it into two equal parts.
From here you can either form, assemble, and bake your pizzas at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 min immediately. Or if you don’t want to make pizza today, you can place your dough balls into oiled plastic bags and throw them in the freezer.
