Enough is enough. I’ve just about had it with the incessant Wingstop mukbangs on Tiktok. I’ve never had Wingstop for obvious reasons, but I felt like I could remake their wings, and ranch without needing to try it. So without further ado, let’s make Wingstop but better. Like way better.

Ingredients
for the chicken:
Chicken Wings (however many you want)
Salt
Olive Oil
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
3 tbsp Baking Powder (this gives your wings a nice crispy shell)
for the garlic butter:
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
Salt
for the ranch:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mayonaisse
Trader Joe’s Ranch seasoning
Salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, add your clean wings, olive oil, salt, baking powder, and Tony’s seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Place the wings onto a baking tray and bake for 50 minutes. Make sure you flip them every 10 minutes.
While your wings, make the ranch by adding yogurt, mayo, salt, and ranch seasoning to a bowl. Whisk until well combined. If the texture is too thick, add in a bit of water to thin it out. Taste to see if you need to add more salt, more ranch, etc.
To make the garlic butter, add butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir for about 6 minutes or until the butter starts bubbling a bit. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once your wings are fully baked, add them to a large bowl, pour your garlic butter on top and mix until fully coated. Next add the grated parmesan, and if you like some chives or fresh parsley. Serve with the ranch and enjoy your better than wingstop wings.
